Map

December 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of undated linear ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1-2). These cropmarks are located around TG 3252 3472 and can be divided into three separate groups. The first of these, located around TG 3272 3479, comprises five ditches on two parallel roughly west to east alignments These ditches extend intermittently for up to 320m turning towards the south at their eastern end. They are spaced approximately 14m apart and could represent fragments of an undated trackway or field boundaries. A further two ditches are located either side of TG 3247 3464. These ditches, one measuring 200m the other 26m, are also aligned roughly west to east. The third group of cropmarks comprises a single north to south ditch between TG 3218 3476 and TG 3219 3470. None of these ditches conform to the post medieval field pattern, but could all be of a contemporary unknown date.
