Map

December 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of undated ditches, possibly a trackway and field boundaries, are visible on aerial photographs (S1 to S2). These cropmarks are centred on TG 3907 2972. Parallel linear ditches extend intermittently on a southwest to northeast alignment for a distance of 380m between TG 3894 2955 and TG 3917 2985. It is possible that these relate to an undated trackway. Other ditches on this alignment, may represent associated field boundaries. The date of these cropmarks is not known. They appear to cross, or are crossed by, a field system and trackway of Iron Age to Roman date (NHER 38744 and 38745) and a road of medieval to early post medieval date (NHER 38743).
