March 2005. Trial Trenching.
Evaluation of proposed development site. Seven trenches excavated. Contexts 100-704.
Archaeological remains were not observed. The site was largely undisturbed and if archaeological remains are present in the area, they probably lie beyond the southern boundary of the site.
