Map

24 December 1987. UEA farm survey.
Farm, originally an Evans-Lombe estate outfarm of High House, pre-1840, rebuilt at a later date. The farm was converted into a dairy in the 1960s. Documentary evidence shows a barn and other outbuildings here in the 1840s which have disappeared, and have been replaced by typical Evans-Lombe buildings in the form of a C-shaped yard, south-facing, comprising open shelter sheds, calf and cow houses, stabling in loose boxes and a root house. Two cottages shown on the Tithe Map (S1) have also disappeared.
See (S2) for further details.
