February 2003. Building Survey.
Survey of No 17 by Norfolk Historic Buildings Group.
The façade of the building is clad in brick under a pantiled roof and is adjoined either side by brick-clad houses. The row is on the north side of Broad Street and is part of the market place infill. It may be part of a seventeenth century single-cell arrangement but the other half would need to be seen to confirm this. Decorative features indicate a seventeenth century date of construction.
