Map

February 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A linear ditch is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs (S1), from TG 4496 1601 to TG 4514 1590. It does not fit the field pattern depicted on consulted historic maps (e.g. S2) and its date is unknown. Geological cropmarks visible to the south (at TG 4515 1565) on different aerial photographs (S3) may mask further archaeological features which could be associated with the ditch, but at present these are indistinguishable from the background geology.
S. Tremlett (NMP), 25 February 2005.
