June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, altered; one building. Brick, pantiles. Two storeys, seven bays. Sash windows. Whitestones has wooden porch. 'Plain example of local type'.
Yew Tree House and House adjoining form a group with all the listed buildings in The Buttlands (East and West Sides)."
