June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, two storey, stucco, lined and painted. Two sash windows at each floor, west, near-flush-frame, now with centre glazing bars only. Pantile roof, hipped. Entrance on splay with double doors, divided fanlight. Windows on return sash, and one casement at ground floor.
All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West side) forma a group and also with Yew Tree House and house adjoining [NHER 41170]."

It should be noted that this record previously mistakenly contained the Listing Description excerpt for the adjacent building - 'The Cottage' (NHER 46659). This confusion arose, at least in part, from a incorrect grid reference recorded in an earlier version of (S1) (now corrected).
