17th to 18th century, probably once a barn, now a house.
Flint, brick, pantiles, north gable to road (quay).
South end hipped.
2 storeys, ten bays.
Modern windows in arched openings.
Modern oriel to north.
Wall of 19th century date, 9 foot high, of flint, on northeast is included in (S1).
