November 1976. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th-century. Red brick, pantile roof. Brick dentils, three storeys, two window bays at first and second floor. Original metal frame casements. Ground floor: Door to right, left hand door blocked, window between. Pentise to right. Brick chimney."
