'A mallet being a perforated boulder of Greenstone (porphyry) weighing 5lb 2oz found at Necton'
19cm (7 1/2 inches) long, 11cm (4 1/2 inches) maximum width.
Probably Dolerite.
Found between Necton and Holme Hale near Stream dividing the parishes, before 1828.
