Summary

A possibly post medieval wall was noted on the southern edge of the harbour in 2004. A modern wall has been built on top of it.

Inter-tidal survey (Environmental Zone 8), Context 1098:
A possible post medieval brick wall was recorded, on the southern edge of Burnham Overy Staithe harbour. A more recent/modern wall has been built on top of it. This suggests that wall sections [context 1095, NHER 41472] could be collapse from it.
