Full Description
March 2003. Norfolk NMP.
A cropmark of three quarters of a possible ring ditch can be seen on NLA aerial photographs from 1977 (S1). It is located towards the southwest corner of a field at NGR TG0198 4379. Nearby, about 170m to the southwest on Blakeney Downs, there are two Bronze Age barrows which survive as earthworks (NHER 6131 and NHER 6132). It seems likely that this cropmark also dates to the Bronze Age, though this is not certain.
H. Clare (NMP), 12 August 2003.
