Listing Description excerpt:
"Shops with accommodation over. Early 19th century. Painted brick. Pantile roof with gable ends. Brick dentil eaves. Two storeys. First floor two sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor later large four-light windows with segmental brick arch, left hand 20th-century glazed door.
Included for group value."

This building had large windows with brick arches and door to left when Listed, but (S2) in file now shows two imitation-Georgian shop fronts each with a door. (S2) also shows stack central to 34-38 and small stack on gable of 40 (now NHER 65256).
