Summary

An 18th century two storey red brick and rendered brick house with a pantile roof. The façade has three window bays and a central door behind a cast iron Gothic porch. There is a single storey kitchen wing and conservatory. Inside are good cast iron fireplaces. In 1809, the house was recorded as belonging to a blacksmith.

18th century house, red brick and rendered brick, pantile roof. Two storeys, triple pile to rear. Three bays with central door behind cast iron Gothick porch. Brick dentils and parapet; end stacks on parapet gables. East gable has evidence of three separate builds, one tumbled, plinth and string course. West side has timber porch on cast iron brackets. Single storey kitchen wing and conservatory. Good cast iron fireplaces; window shutters. Principal ceiling beams have ogee stops. Recorded as a blacksmith's house in 1809.
Listing includes early 19th century red brick wall along road with cast iron coping and wrought iron entrance gate and railings.
