Full Description
The Finds detailed below were recovered from the the foreshore of North Beach, Great Yarmouth. The location of these finds is not always accurate. Any specific locational details are included with their description.
Summer 2004. Found on the foreshore at Yarmouth Britannia Pier.
Fragment of post medieval clay pipe. Part of the bowl and a ?rounded pedestal spur surviving but unfortunately the rolled condition does not allow for closer dating than the late 17th to early 20th century.

Recovered from approximately 10m north of Brittania Pier.

Site extended to include an area stretching from the centre of Britannia Pier northwards until parallel with the end of the Boating lake/beginning of the dunes. Previous extent mapped at [2].
