July 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Two terraced houses and shop. 18th century, re-fronted in mid 19th century. Red brick, rendered brickwork and black pantiles. 'L'-shaped plan with rear outshut. Two storeys with rear range of one and half storeys. "
