Map

July 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A wreck is visible on aerial photographs (S1 and 2). It is located at TG 5335 0892, but due to a lack of control points on the beach the photographs used for mapping could not be fully rectified and this grid reference should be treated as approximate. It lies in shallow water, in the inter tidal zone between the mean high and low water marks (as shown on modern Ordnance Survey 1:10,000 maps). The fact that it is a relatively intact structure in 1945 suggests that it is a relatively recent wreck. It is not visible on later aerial photographs, and was perhaps moved by either human or natural action.
