Summary

Fieldwalking in 2005 recovered medieval and post-medieval pottery fragments, together with an iron slag concentration. A systematic fieldwalking and metal-detecting survey of part of this field in 2007 recovered a small number of finds including prehistoric worked flints, medieval pottery sherds and a post-medieval buckle. Further metal-detecting in 2022 recovered a medieval/post-medieval spoon and lead weight.

2 undatable metal-working debris fragment and 1 lead waste fragment.
