A possible linear structure of unknown date is visible in inter-tidal zone to the north of the Stiffkey Meals on Ordnance Survey aerial photographs from 1970 (S1). The linear is located within an area of dune formations and shingle spits to the north of Stiffkey Meals. The possible linear feature runs from TF 9542 4566 to TF 9539 4579, for approximately 90m. Its function and date is unknown. The site cannot clearly be seen on the aerial photographs although it is possible that it is of a timber post built construction.
