Summary

A brick house built by the architect Lionel Smith in the mid 1950s. Smith was also the architect of the Westminster Highways Depot and the Norwich School extension.

House, constructed by Lionel Smith for himself 1955 to 1956 on empty site.
Pale brick, pantiles. Gabled north to south with imitation external gable stacks. To northwest an attached storage pavilion with slate hung upper storey. Interior has wide staircase against east wall. Door to east with plaque:
