February 1986. Listed, Grade II.
Mid 17th century timber frame, pantile roof, extension dated 1709. Lobby entrance plan with blocked door opposite stack. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Off centre stack has attached angled shafts. Rear extension has brick gable ends. Windows 18th, 19th and 20th century. Original stair by main stack. Tiebeams and bridging joists have stepped stops, roofs recent.

The cottage was probably built in the late 16th century as a four bay building with a separate bay for the chimney stack. In 1709 a two storey extension with its own chimney stack and staircase was added to the property.
