Map

September 2005. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of undated ditches, probably field boundaries, are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These cropmarks are located at TG 4701 1278. Cropmarks of two ditches are present in a T shaped arrangement. A southsouthwest to northnortheast aligned ditch extends for 97m between TG 4700 1272 to TG 4703 1281. At is northern end it forms a T junction with a westnorthwest to eastsoutheast aligned ditch. It is likely that these ditches are field boundaries. However, their alignment does not match that of the surviving post medieval field pattern and their date is unknown. These ditches overlap a possible medieval to post medieval enclosure (NHER 27683) and undated ditches (NHER 27688).
