Map

October 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A cropmark of a possible incomplete ring ditch of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs (S1). This cropmark is located at TG 4783 1118. A curved ditch cropmark, possibly representing half of a ring ditch is present. The possible ring ditch would have a diameter of 22m with a narrow ditch. It is crossed by a linear ditch of unknown date (NHER 27718). It is possible that this ring ditch relates to a Bronze Age round barrow. It is located at approximately 4m OD in the bottom of the shallow valley that contains Mautby Decoy.
