Summary

A late 17th century brick house built on a lobby entrance plan. The north wing was added in the early 19th century.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 17th century and later. Colour-washed brick, pantiled and slated roof, hipped on north side. L-shaped plan. Two storeys with attic in south wing. South elevation has moulded brick string course and corner pilasters with moulded capitals...Later two-storey bay with sashes and hipped slate roof. Central chimney and brick dentil eaves course. 19th-century wing to north.

Late 17th century brick house of lobby-entrance plan, two storeys and attic. North wing early 19th century. Many alterations and rebuildings of parts of the original building, and much imported antique woodwork of late 20th century.
Attached is former coachbuilder’s premises.
