Full Description
Listed as Walnut Tree Farm Southwest occupied by Mr Woods to distinguish it from what is now Olde Walnut Tree to the northeast.
17th century timber framed house, thatched roof, north end lower, chimney at junction. One storey and attic, two dormers.
17th/18th century timber framed barn, new weatherboarded around 1973. Gabled roof of sinusoidal profiled sheets. Cart doors at centre of each side.

(S2) in file indicates that the house may be a two-cell gable stack house with a north addition. Barn may have been converted to housing.
