Summary

A Beaker period barbed and tanged flint arrowhead was found in 1952. Fieldwalking as part of the Fenland Survey recovered a general scatter of worked flints and a spread of prehistoric burnt flint.

Barbed and tanged arrowhead of honey coloured flint.

Well weathered soil, winter cereal.
Context 1 general scatter. MTW CW.
Odd flints.

Context 2 at 7049 9559. MTW 109.
Moderate spread of pot boilers but no flints. On south slope loam island. 37m east to west x 24m north to south at 0.6-1.0m OD.
