Summary

This building was shown on a map of 1880 as isolated, standing on hillside above Dereham Road with outbuildings and glass houses. It is now divorced from the main road by Wheatley Road council estate. This small house is now derelict but it has a nice Tyrolean rendered exterior.

Small house with internal gable stacks, aligned east-west. Two storeys with rear catslide. Tyrolean rendered (pebble dashed effect) and interior opened out. Date late 18th/early 19th century. Derelict.
