June 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing description excerpt:
"Late 18th century red brick, pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Three bay façade of sashes with architraves and arches. 19th century shop front with fluted pilasters and central entrance. Wooden eaves cornice with brackets. Flat dormer with casement and sign bracket. Parapet gables; stack to north."
