Summary

The soilmarks and slight earthworks of a pair of possible post medieval drainage ditches are visible on aerial photographs, running across Great Moss Fen, Sea Palling. The most substantial of these is quite irregular and may represent an early boundary, possibly associated with the curvilinear and irregular dykes to the south recorded under NHER 42038, interpreted as being possibly late medieval or early post medieval in date.
