Summary

The cropmark of an elongated and ditched rectilinear feature of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs within arable land to the west of Sea Palling village. This cropmark does not appear to form part of the other cropmark site recorded within this field (NHER 42112), which is also of unknown definite date, although may have medieval to post medieval origins.

The cropmark of an elongated and rectilinear ditched feature of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs, within arable land to the west of Sea Palling village (S1). The site is centred on TG 4240 2641. This cropmark does not appear to form part of the other cropmark site recorded within this field, NHER 42112, which is also of unknown definite date, although it may have medieval to post medieval origins.

The ditches appear to form an elongated feature 18m long and 6m wide, with a curvilinear ditch to the north. This may have formed a small and narrow enclosed area. The function and archaeological origin is unknown.
