House, of unknown date but shown on (S1), internally decorated with wallpaintings in imitation 17th century style, painted by Angelo Previato, an Italian prisoner of war, in December 1945, using distemper mixed with egg whites.
Paintings decaying and under threat in 1983 (S2); present situation not known.
