A group of three World War Two weapons pits is visible on aerial photographs within a playing field, now known as Meadow Park, Gorleston (S1). The site is centred on TG 5216 0483, although this point does not correspond to an archaeological feature on the ground. The weapons pits are located at TG 5209 0487, TG 5215 0487 and TG 5222 0476.
