Summary

In July 2004 a site visit was carried out during the Salthouse Drainage Modifications project. Timbers recorded previously were not relocated and no archaeological features were visible.

July 2004. Field Observation.
Site visit to inspect area where timbers had previously been recorded.
Two stray pieces of timber recorded in May 2004 could not be relocated and were assumed to have washed away. Timbers noted nearby were interpreted as being part of modern structures.
No features of archaeological significance were visible.
