December 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Farmhouse. Mid 18th century. Brick with roof of concrete tiles. 3 storeys in 3 bays. West facade has central panelled door within a timber case below 5-vaned fanlight. A squat hood is supported on 2 consoles. 2 good 3-light late 18th century ground floor casements under segmental arches and skewbacks. First and second floor windows are 1983 UPVC replacements in similar style. Segmental skewback arches and window openings intact. Modillion timber eaves cornice. Gabled roof with internal gable end stacks.
