June 1953. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop with accommodation above. Late 18th century. Red brick under a roof of concrete pantiles. Three storeys and dormer attic; three-window range. 20th-century plate-glass shop front. Opening to Row 119 to right, which has a sunk quadrant-moulded 17th-century bridging beam. First floor...late 18th-century bow window with cut-back returns...Dentils and modillions to eaves cornice. Gabled roof with a single dormer fitted...No stacks. Full-height rear cross-wing is rendered and gabled...INTERIOR not inspected."
