Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now offices c.1825. Red brick, colourwashed to facade. Pantiled roofs. Double-pile plan. Two storeys on a basement. Four-window range, the right-hand half in the form of a full-height bow window...The left half has a blocked door (access through No.16 [NHER 42924] to north) within a doorcase of unfluted engaged Ionic columns supporting a hood...Modillion and dentil eaves cornice curving round bow. Two gabled roofs, each with a south stack. Rear with margin sashes with multiple glazing bars.
INTERIOR: stick baluster staircase with a ramped and wreathed handrail and scrolled tread ends. Four wine bins in cellar."
House dating from about 1825, now offices. Red brick, colourwashed to façade with pantiled roofs. Double pile plan. 3 storeys on a basement.
