Full Description
August 1974. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses with 17th century origins, façade rebuilt in mid 19th century and divided into two properties by 1874. Damaged by bombs in 1942 and rebuilt 1948. Internal partitions inserted for use as offices in mid 20th century. Gault brick. Sloping felt roof. Three storeys; Five window range. The ground floor rendered and scored to imitate ashlar blocks…Three-storey rear wing is rendered.
INTERIOR: principal rooms have plaster round arches. First-floor front room with a modillion and rosette cornice. Front rooms on upper floors now contiguous with No.25 to north [(NHER 21508)]."
