Former lodge cottage, early 19th century. Roughcast and colourwashed with hipped thatched roof. 1½ storeys. South facade to road symmetrical with two Gothick headed casements of 2 lights with 'Y' tracery glazing bars. Central pointed and battened door. Central dormer above door with Gothick 2-light casement. Central chimney stack. East and west walls each have one ground floor and one attic casement, the attic window set in a swept dormer. Later pantiled and slated lean-to's on north and north-east sides.
