Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Early 19th century. Gault brick under a slate roof.
EXTERIOR: each house of three storeys and two-window range. No.82 has a six-panelled door set to right [and a]...Doric order portico porch...To left is a single-storey bow window...Stuccoed moulded parapet with cast-iron railings...Gabled roof. Stack on rear slope. No.83 has wider bays. 20th-century door to right behind a shallow 20th-century porch...Gabled roof with the stack on the rear slope. To right of elevation is a plank door to rear passageway. Rear of No.83 partly rebuilt 1992, doors and windows all 1992.
INTERIOR: both houses with cantilevered stick-baluster staircases with ramped and wreathed handrails and turned newels."
