June 1953. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
"House, now offices. Early 18th century. Red brick. Concrete tiles to roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys; five-window range. The central bay is a shallow full-height segmental bow with a three-light window to each of the first and second floors. Ground floor of bow has four Tuscan order columns without an architrave forming a covered porch...All windows are late 20th-century top-hung casements with glazing bars. Mutulated eaves cornice. Gabled roof with an internal gable-end stack to south. South gable and rear elevation rendered. In front of façades are square-section area railings.
INTERIOR: altered entrance lobby and office reception area. Stick-baluster staircase with ramped and wreathed handrail rises to attic in an open well with an oval lantern at the top. Front first-floor room with plaster cornice in the bow decorated with grapes."
