Summary

These two early 19th century gault brick houses form part of a terrace. They have now been converted into one dwelling. The house has two storeys and a black glazed pantile roof.

Listing Description:
Two early 19th century houses in a terrace, now converted to one house. Gault brick under a roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys; three window range. Central 6-panelled door, the upper 2 panels with stained glass, set within a doorcase formed of a pair of segmental reeded pilasters supporting a hood with modillions. Panelled reveals. One 2/2 sash right and left under rendered skewback arches. 2 similar sashes to first floor. A small recessed bay to the left has a 20th century glazed door under a 2/2 sash. Gabled roof with a ridge stack left of centre and to right at division with adjacent house. Included for group value.
