Summary

This late 18th-century red brick house was converted into a pub in the 20th century. The three storey building has a pantile roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now a public house. Late 18th century, converted 20th century. Red brick under a pantiled roof. Three storeys; three-window range. The ground-floor brickwork is 20th century, added when the five fluted timber pilasters separating the cross-casement windows were put in, forming a mid-20th-century public house façade. This facade extends into the ground floor of No.7 adjacent [NHER 43011]…Modillion eaves cornice. Gabled roof with internal gable-end stacks north and south.
INTERIOR: completely modernised late 20th century. No features of interest detected."
