Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop with domestic accommodation above. Mid 18th century, altered mid 19th century and 20th century. Red brick with a stuccoed façade. Machine-tile roofs. Three storeys and dormer attic; four-window range. Late 20th-century ground-floor shop front...Gabled roof with two gabled dormers, the gables elaborated into pediments. Internal gable-end stack to south. To the right the house is built over Row 38, which has chamfered bridging beams of 17th-century origin. Full-height cross-wing runs west along Row 38: hipped machine-tile roof..."
