Listing Description excerpt:
"Mid 18th century house, now offices. Red brick laid in header bond. Roof of black glazed pantiles. Three storeys; four window range with rusticated quoins and platbands between the floors...Modillion eaves cornice. Gabled roof with internal gable-end stacks right and left.
INTERIOR: converted to offices and continuous with No.6 [NHER 43018]. Reeded plaster cornices to ground-floor principal rooms. Late 18th-century stick baluster staircase with a ramped and wreathed handrail."
