Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Late 18th century, now offices. Red brick laid in Flemish bond. Roof of black-glazed pantiles. Three storeys; two-window range. Platbands between the storeys...Modillion eaves cornice. Gabled roof. Internal gable-end stack to south is truncated. Simple doorway in No.7 to south [NHER 43019].
INTERIOR: internally now one with No.5 to north [NHER 43017]. Simple moulded cornice to the ground floor main room. Stick baluster staircase with ramped and wreathed handrail."
