August 1974. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, originally 18th century, bombed and totally destroyed by enemy action in 1942 and rebuilt in replica 1948. Red brick. Roof of black-glazed pantiles. Three storeys; three-window range. Panelled door to left within reeded doorcase...The first-floor sashes have a continuous cast-iron balcony and the second floor ones have three separate window balconies. Modillion eaves cornice and a gabled roof. Extended to rear 1988. Included for group value."
