Summary

This farmhouse dates to the 18th century. Most of the building was built in the early 18th century, but a new façade was added during the late 18th century.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 18th century farmhouse with late 18th century façade. Brick and flint. Thatched roofs. T-plan. Façade of two storeys in three bays. Central door behind 20th century timber porch. Small glazed hall lights right and left. Fenestration of horned sashes with glazing bars. Dentil eaves cornice below gabled roof."

The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in May 1987, this record was located at TG 38899 29505. This incorrectly placed it on the wrong building. It has been moved approximately 65m to the S of this point and is now located at TG 38939 29454, Lower Farmhouse, Mill Road, Happisburgh.
