Summary

Late 18th century almshouses with extensive early 20th century alterations. The almshouses have a U-shaped plan, and are built of carstone, brick and clunch.

Almshouses. Dated 1763, but materials and details largely of 1913. Carstone plinth, squared clunch, red brick dressings and red pantiled roof. 2 storeys, U-plan with 2 returned wings and cross wing.
