Map

February 2006. Norfolk NMP.
Two linear ditches of unknown date are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1), centred at TG 4598 1957. So little is visible, it is impossible to suggest a date or function for the features, even tentatively. Other cropmarks visible in the surrounding area on the same aerial photographs appear to be the product of the underlying geology at the site or of modern agricultural activity, and consequently they have not been mapped. The northwest to southeast aligned ditch recorded here could also be of modern origin.
S. Tremlett (NMP), 2 February 2006.
